Evans Family Properties Website

Evans Family Properties is a student-housing business on historic Meador Drive in Tuscaloosa, just steps from the University of Alabama. We built them a clean, content-managed marketing site that doubles as a leasing front door: a bold collegiate hero, an "Our Story" section honoring the family's roots in the old Malone Book Store, feature highlights for prospective tenants (built-in storm shelters, prime location, low-maintenance living), and dedicated Properties, FAQ, and Contact pages. The design leans on a crimson-and-cream palette and elegant serif type to give a small two-duplex operation a polished, trustworthy presence — and the DjangoCMS backend lets the owners update unit availability and content on their own.
